Continuing with poisonous foods and beverages...

To add insult to injury, not only are most food-like products harmful to one’s health by themselves, but many are now also laced with additional toxins. They include, but are not limited to:

  • • Artificial Sweeteners like Aspartame, linked to cancer, brain damage, and Parkinson’s Disease

  • • Aluminum, linked to Alzheimer’s Disease and brain damage
  • • Corn Syrup and High Fructose Corn Syrup, linked to diabetes and cancer

Even seemingly innocent snacks pose unseen dangers.

Foods and drinks stored in plastics are usually contaminated with hormone-disrupting chemicals such as BPA and BPS that leech from the plastic. BPA and BPS are not in food and beverage packaging by mistake; they’ve been added by those who know exactly what their effects will be. Chronic exposure leads to hormone disruption, cancer, and infertility.

Most canned foods are also contaminated with BPA and other harmful chemicals that are intentionally added to the linings of the cans.


Even certain foods that we’ve been led to believe are natural and healthy have been manipulated (hybridized) by man, and are no longer truly good for us. These include seedless grapes, seedless watermelons, seedless citrus, lemons, bananas, corn, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and many others.

Some researchers have stated that while hybridized foods may still provide some amount of nutrition, since they are unnatural, they do not carry the correct electrical charge, nutrient profile, or genetic makeup, and therefore their regular consumption may do more harm than good.

The late Dr. Sebi provided a wealth of knowledge about the problems with many modern-day foods, and purportedly created a list of only truly natural, non-hybridized versions.

According to Dr. Sebi and many of his patients, he was able to cure practically every disease and condition known to man by simply changing his patients’ diets to only include truly natural, non-manipulated, non-hybridized, non-GMO foods.

 

Irradiation/Pasteurization


Another method used to disrupt the natural state of certain foods is irradiation. This involves blasting foods with radiation, supposedly in order to kill pathogens and bacteria. The radiation also likely damages the foods themselves.

This contamination is usually impossible to detect without honest labeling, unless one only buys organic, which cannot legally be irradiated.


And with cell phone and WiFi radiation practically everywhere, it’s likely that none of our food is safe from radiation damage anymore.


Pasteurization is another technique used to destroy the nutritional content of foods and beverages, ensuring that they contain little to no health-promoting enzymes by the time they’ve been placed on grocery store shelves.

Pasteurized foods are dead foods.

If a beverage or food claiming to be natural or healthy has an expiration date of more than a few days, it’s almost certainly pasteurized, and is probably not worth consuming.

In addition to pasteurization, juices “from concentrate”, teas, and other beverages are made with water that is most likely municipal tap water, which means it’s likely chlorinated, fluoridated, and pharmaceutical-contaminated.

Contaminated water is also given to livestock (organic and non-organic) and food crops (also organic and non-organic), effectively contaminating the entire food supply.

 

Meat


The food we eat literally becomes the material building blocks for our blood and our cells. If we are what we eat, what does eating the rotting flesh of murdered animals make us?

Meat is considered the main course for the vast number people all across the Earth. But what people don’t realize is that the human body is not designed to eat meat.

Meat is also usually highly contaminated with concentrated levels of pesticides, herbicides, hormones, antibiotics, pharmaceuticals, arsenic, fluoride, and even mercury. Animals are exposed to a wide variety of toxins and are usually fed low quality, genetically modified feed. When we consume their flesh, we are consuming a concentrated dose of these toxins. Health problems in meat-eaters is the result.

In addition, most animals are treated poorly, made to live in horrid conditions that result in suffering and disease, and are ultimately murdered. Even animals who were raised organically and treated humanely during their lives are murder victims, and their flesh is filled with cortisol from the stress and terror they experienced right before being killed.

Many animals are also diseased, suffering from conditions such as cysts, infections, and cancer, but don’t worry – the industry ensures the meat is cleaned up before it goes on the shelf or is served to you in the restaurant.

When you eat meat, you’re usually eating disease.

Consuming even clean meat results in health problems over the long term.

Fish is usually contaminated with worms and other parasites.


Pork is also often contaminated with worms and parasites, and these may decide to take up shelter inside our body after we’ve consumed them.


And chicken meat is purposefully contaminated with arsenic, as it’s added to already-poisonous GMO, herbicide-drenched feed.

This means that chicken eggs are also contaminated with GMOs, arsenic, pesticides, and other poisons. Their regular consumption is linked to a number of health problems.

Even chemical-free, free-range, organic eggs are not healthy.

Milk


Milk falls into the same category as meat and eggs.

Cows’ milk is the perfect food for baby cows, providing them with the nutrients and hormones to help them gain hundreds of pounds within a matter of weeks. But when humans consume cows’ milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, and other dairy products, there is a direct correlation with health problems like cancer, acne, allergies, premature aging, osteoporosis, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis. Once we take a step back and think about it, it doesn’t make sense to consume hormones, blood, feces, and pus-laced mammary fluid from a different species. Cows’ milk is not designed for humans.

Cow’s milk, even if raw, organic, and grass-fed, does not do a body good. Rather it promotes disease, and this is yet another source of human poisoning.

This also means other dairy products (cheese, yogurt, butter, ice cream, etc.) are equally as harmful.

 

Switching to a plant-based, natural, organic (if possible) diet is an effective way of protecting our health.

While avoiding animal products will normally result in better health, many vegan food products are now also highly-processed and will not promote good health.

Those within the food industry have effectively replaced animal-based junk food with plant-based junk food.

Fake (Poisonous) Vitamins


In addition to fake and poisonous foods, humanity has also been tricked into accepting fake vitamins which, in many cases, do more harm than good. For example…

Anything “enriched” with vitamins and minerals contains cheap, synthetic versions that are largely if not completely useless to the body.

Almost all multivitamins are a cocktail of harmful, synthetic chemicals.

Ascorbic Acid is called vitamin C but is not real vitamin C, and is often made from genetically modified corn.

Folic Acid is no replacement for Folate.

Milk, orange juice, yogurt, and other products are often fortified with vitamin D2 which is a synthetic non-vitamin that can cause poisoning if ingested in excessive amounts.

Calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate are more examples of fake vitamins, inorganic versions that the body cannot use, and excessive intake of these can result in toxicity.

Most B12 supplements contain cyanide (cyanocobalamin); safer and more effective versions of B12 exists in the form of methylcobalamin.

Ferrous sulfate is a dangerous and potentially fatal form of iron.

The list goes on. Practically all vitamins and minerals sold as supplements in stores and added to foods to “enrich” them are not bioavailable, meaning the body can’t use them. Generally, the lower the price, the greater the likelihood that they’re made with cheap, synthetic, non-vitamins. Most are nothing more than poisons, or just waste to the body, which has to expend energy and vital nutrients to expel them. In some cases, the body is unable to expel them, and they build up, creating whole-body poisoning. Whole food supplements are far superior...

...but pale in comparison to actual raw, organic, plant-based foods themselves.

This is only scratching the surface, as there are many more ingredients in foods, beverages, and supplements that contribute to our poor health.

What we consume is directly connected to our health, well-being, and our level of consciousness, and this is why there is a deliberate campaign to poison the food supply. The ruling class understands that those who consume mostly toxic foods will likely never rise in consciousness, and never realize that they’re slaves. They’ll remain in a brain-damaged, dumbed-down, sickened, and weakened state. They’ll remain easily tricked and manipulated.

In order for humanity to regain its freedom, people must first regain their physical health, and rejecting poisonous foods, beverages, and supplements is a critical first step.
